These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bhojan, an AI cooking assistant operated via WhatsApp. By using Bhojan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Bhojan provides personalized recipe recommendations, voice-based cooking instructions, grocery ordering assistance, and nutrition tracking via WhatsApp. The service requires a WhatsApp account and an active internet connection.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bhojan. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account & Subscription

• Your WhatsApp phone number serves as your account identifier.
• Bhojan offers a 7-day free trial for new users.
• After the trial, the subscription costs ₹100 per month, billed via UPI.
• You may cancel at any time by typing /cancel on WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect immediately and no further charges will be made.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, but you retain access until the end of your billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Share your Bhojan account access with others for commercial purposes.
• Submit fraudulent recipes or feedback.
• Use automated tools to interact with the service.

5. Recipe Submissions

When you submit a recipe to Bhojan:

• You grant Bhojan a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the recipe within the Bhojan platform.
• You retain ownership of your original recipe.
• You represent that the recipe is your own or that you have the right to share it.
• Credits earned from recipe feedback are subject to the rewards program terms and may be changed with notice.

6. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer

Bhojan is not a medical service. Recipe recommendations and nutrition tracking are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical or dietary advice. Consult a healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, or food allergies.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that nutrition information is complete or error-free.

7. Grocery Ordering

Bhojan assists with creating grocery carts on third-party platforms (such as Blinkit or Swiggy Instamart). We are not responsible for order fulfillment, delivery, product quality, or pricing on these platforms. Your purchases are governed by the respective platform's terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bhojan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: allergic reactions from recipes, incorrect nutrition data, grocery order issues, or service interruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bhojan after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via WhatsApp.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
